Watch Last Week’s Sermon

2020-09-12T20:58:24-04:00

September 13th, 2020 Worship Service

Welcome to our online worship for Sunday, September 13th. We’re so happy you’ve chosen to worship with us either live at 10:30 a.m. or at a time of your later convenience. In this worship service, Pastor Evan discusses how dealing with various types of death is something every person will do, be it the death of a loved one, the death of hopes and dreams, or even the death of a way of life. But with death can come resurrection. In the story of Lazarus, John wanted his original audience (and by extension us) to examine the types of deaths we’ve experienced, and then to see that sometimes we must sit with death for a while in order to be ready for how Jesus works his power of resurrection, thus showing that he truly is the resurrection and the life.

Scripture: John 11:1-6, 17-27, 32-44
